I've had some issues with those automated emails and just added the ship to at the bottom of the page.

I believe you have the yellow top 0280150714 injectors on that engine.
They flow about 19lb/h and you have a few options to upgrade there.
I wouldn't keep those since the design is really outdated.

M52 uses 19lb injectors and they would be plug and play.
                    0280150440

M62 uses 19lb as well and they are a even better design
                    0280155823

But i'll need you to confirm the part number you have first.

                        Sorry, that's a big challenge.
You have those hoses attached and I stopped servicing those a while back.
It takes about 2 extra hours just to deal with the hoses and find the appropriate ones to replace. Plus modifying my testing bench to accept those type of injectors.
Failure rate is pretty high on those as well, so I could just end up with failed injectors after all the troubles to connect them to my testing equipment.

Just to give you a reference, rebuilt ones normally sell for 100$/piece. You can find limited deals on those for 50$ a piece.
Needless to say, i doubt you have any upgrade options unless you want to modify your fuel rail system.

I believe there're some threads dedicated to those injectors as well and you may find some help there.

From my experience, those hoses are usually dried out and can burst or come apart during removal.

I would probably charge you 20$/piece to service those, but there's also a chance that some of them can't be brought to mfg specs and we'll have to source some replacements. Plus whatever the rebuild kit costs for those. They come with a big lower oring, on the intake side and those are not that easy to find as well.

Sorry for the long reply, just hope I can bring some info to others who are looking to service those types of injectors.

The only exceptions i used to do in the past were for Porsche enthusiasts, since they really wanted to keep their cars stock and didn't mind the costs plus turnover time. They have similar injectors on old school engines.

Thank you for the information, im disappointed you cant service them. :(.
From what ive seen the hoses get replaced, so damaging them wont be an issue. Just curious why is the failure rate high?

                          Here is some good info.

Yes, the hoses must be replaced. I've done that a bunch of times when i started this on pelicanparts. It's just a lot of hassle and extra costs involved with buying the hoses and the clamps.
I can service them, if you send them without the hoses and take care of attaching new hoses back on the injectors.

Failure rate is just from being an old design.

And there's extra costs with those repair kits. I buy mine in 10s of thousands, thus the low cost of this service.
