You can take the hub sleeves and fabricate your own caliper adapters :)

I wish your engineer could make rear sleeves for 5-lug hubs. You guys already make a lot of brake options anyway.

Rears are easy it's just hubs, use Z4 hubs and the right caliper mount and you are good to go
