FL - M20 complete swap + Master/Booster + Basketweaves

I have a full m20 for sale, it came out of a car with 136k miles fully running, it was my daily driver. It comes with everything all the way to the rear diff(4.10 open) (if you want it, if not I can part out).
I would like about 350$ dollars for it. I AM MOVING AND NEED EVERYTHING GONE BY SEPTEMBER. MAKE AN OFFER I WILL MOST LIKELY ACCEPT IT
Reason for sale is I am doing an LS1 swap and have to clear some space in the garage to work on it.

I also have a master cylinder and booster for sale - 50$

and a set of 5 basket weaves in Ok condition with good tires - 200$

How much life is left on the tires? (tread depth/penny test?)

1 tire is new, 1 can be used as a spare, the others have 3.8 mm of thread (using digital caliper).
