Starting from the standard intermittent position:

1. Turn your wipers OFF.
2. Wait for the new time period you want to set
3. Turn wipers back to intermittent setting
4. your new intermittent period should = the time period from #2
5. profit

I have one of their window modules and the wiper module. They work great for me. They did a nice job engineering the circuits, I'm jealous.

buy the window module, or else make no sense

These guys window module is prob. my favorite custom mod on my car. Buy this, it's so worth it. You just don't realize it until you have it. It's so good.
