Everything is welded up. Yesterday I started packaging the plates with hardware and shipping in the order I received payments.

I noticed some casting differences between the spindles on my car and the spare spindles I used for mockup that cause slight interference between an outer edge of the plate and spindle. To remedy this I'll include a handful of washers to be used to space the plate a bit closer towards the brake disk (which if anything will help the air be directed more directly to the vented disk).

        NICE!!!

Do you have an extra round parts? My roadster is going to get a similar brake ducting done and Id like to have a solid metal "end piece"

          Thanks!
No extras, and it's just 16ga 3" stainless exhaust tube

            They look great!

Now the decision for me when I get my set... keep them as is or paint/powercoat them... hmmm

Yes everything is in the mail. According to tracking all orders should be delivered between Wednesday and Thursday. Columbus day (monday) probably slowed things down a bit.

Just arrived and man do they look good, will have them mounted up this weekend.
                  Thanks Charlie!

I'd love to see pics of these mounted with the ducting and everything.

Lol, I'd like to see them installed too. Anyone?

I probably won't be able to do mine for a week or two at least. I've got too many projects ahead taking priority.

I will post pics of my setup this weekend once completed. The difficult/ time consuming part for me was connecting the hose to the early es air dam. I ended up using a sheet of aluminum and rivets to get to that cigar shaped configuration.

I have some improvements in mind for the next batch. Having a MASSIVE water jet at work and my roomate being one of the guys who operates it makes it easier to prototype. And being the purchasing manager helps me get great deals on raw materials :D Just need to reinstall CAD on my computer so I can tweak the design at home at my leisure.

I actually have a handful of product ideas to test on my car and then produce.
