    M50/S50/M52/S52/M54 engine parts

So I'm moving to a new engine build that no longer requires any of these M50/M54 engine parts that I've been hoarding for many years now. I'll add more pictures shortly and the list will grow day by day as I sort through what I have/no longer need.

M50/S50 valve cover, thermostat cover and oil filter cover. All 3 powder coated in Porsche GT3 Orange color. The valve cover has been shaved to remove the mounts/dams, etc... that go with the beauty covers. It has also been modified for a 2 port crankcase breather setup that works light years better than the OEM setup. $200. (does not include the breather lines or the catch can, just the fittings in the valve cover)

S52/M54 89.6mm stroke crankshaft, modified for weight reduction. Currently weighs 40lbs (12lb reduction over the OEM weight of 52lbs). Zero balanced to 8,000rpm when I built my motor about 25,000 miles ago. Currently at the machine shop being checked for straightness/balance. Crank confirmed not usable by machine shop. Cracked in a weird and wonderful manner.

SOLD Molnar forged connecting rods. Balanced to within .1g. SOLD

    (pic coming)

SOLD Fully rebuilt single Vanos assembly, including solenoid. Used about 2,000 miles since rebuild - O-rings, shim, etc...
SOLD. I can include all the tools for locking the cams/flywheel, etc... for an extra
    SOLD

Bosch 3.5" 800 MAF with Conforti 3.5" CF intake arm and heatshield and slightly dirty AFM (brand name) filter. MAF has 1,000 miles (or less). $250 (clamps, elbows, etc... can be included for a little extra $$$)

SOLD UUC E36 8.5lb aluminum flywheel with E34 M5 clutch disc/pressure plate. A little worn, but still held my 270whp/240ft/lbs torque no problem. Release bearing was changed about 25,000 miles ago. Not a ton of life left, but if you are not one to be hard on a clutch you could probably get another 10,000 miles out of it (at least). Priced accordingly - SOLD

SOLD Cometic 84.5mm bore .140" headgasket, brand new in the package. SOLD

Full M54B30 Vanos parts kit. I was going to use this to convert my single Vanos build to dual Vanos. Everything you're going to need less the actual small head modification to make it fit. Includes M54B30 valve cover and M54B30 cams. I was going to run it with either a custom wiring harness and MS43 E46 DME, or stand alone Megasquirt. $150. I'll include 2 MS43 DMEs and all my DME plugs for an extra $50.

SOLD Stewart Warner water pump. About 10,000 miles on it.
    SOLD

SOLD M50/S50 oil pan with Achilles Motorsports oil pan baffle installed. Can be used with an M52/S52 with the M50/S50 dipstick (I'll include it of you need it). SOLD

M52/S52 OEM exhaust manifolds. 2 studs are messed up/missing. $50

SOLD Ostrich 2.0 eprom emulator. Allows easy USB based OBD2 "like" flashing of OBD1 ECUs. In fact it's faster than OBD2. Takes about 10-15 seconds to flash a tune to the DME. No more unbolting the DME to remove the chip to pop it into the eprom burner to put it back in to bolt it back in the car to take it back out for another revision, etc... You get the picture. Plug the USB cable (in the glovebox on my car) into your laptop and flash the emulator and you're done. I've been running it for about 18 months and it kicks ass! SOLD

I also have an OBD1 1993 325is full engine wiring harness. There were a few taps and some connections for my traction control system which are easily reversed. $75 plus shipping.

OBD2 engine wiring harness from 1996 328i. Believed to be fully intact. $50 plus shipping

6 OBD1 Bosch ignition coils with 25,000 miles on them. Boots were changed at the same time. $100 plus shipping.

6 OEM OBD2 ignition coils. Bought used, told they were in good condition. $50 plus shipping

2 OBD1 Bosch knock sensors. About 45,000 miles. $40 plus shipping

2 OBD2 OEM knock sensors. About 5,000 miles. $40 plus shipping

None of these prices include shipping. I'll be shipping from Blaine, Wa 98230 unless you live in Canada.

I've got a boatload more stuff and will be adding to this list as I come across it, as well as adding the missing pics form above. If there's something you're after, let me know. I might have it.
