    FS: Complete Automatic Transmission Swap

    SOLD

Selling the ZF 4HP22 auto tranny with driveline etc... from my 1990 325i. The transmission drove great all the way from Portland, OR to Boise, ID. Only reason I'm selling is because it takes up space and I've completed the manual swap on mine.

    Asking $150.

    Will ship at buyer's expense.

Located in Boise, Idaho. PM me for more info.

BUMP - Might just try my luck with eBay as that seems to be where they're selling.

I'm not aware of these selling anywhere...at least not for more than scrap value.

        Good luck though

They're a paperweight and take forever to sell, however I have sold 4-5 in the past from parts cars for $150-250. Emphasis on the taking forever to sell part though. If you've got time, throw it in the corner, keep it on the local FB groups and Craigslist, and it'll sell. You'll just have to have it available when someone desperately needs one and that person finds out that everyone else scraps them.

Thanks for the info! I'll lower my price a bit. All I had it based off of was sold eBay ones.

BUMP - would make a perfect replacement setup if any aspect of a 4hp-22 is having issues.

BUMP - have had a little interest lately so I’ll keep it up here for a bit longer to see what happens.

Are you willing to separate the oil pump from the transmission?

Sorry - actually just got rid of it all locally
