The csl wuz a custom made trunk and won't go into production..And for the acs mirrors i think you can use the e36 movements to fit inside the mirrors.

Looks like someone grafted a suburban hood wind deflector on the tail of the innocent looking e30...

are you planning to work out a package deal for all the cf pieces?

I will grant you that, but there has to be a significant weight differential between carbon fibre and steel. Do you have numbers? A guesstimate would put them at 30 lbs apiece, probably.
If the half-CF hood weighs 17lb, down for 46 stock, it is not inconcievable that you could save another 20 + 20 lbs. that would be 70-75 lbs, centered *ahead* of the front axle. That would more than offset the differential between M20 + trans and S52 + trans and, arguably, even reduce the polar momentum of the car, which is not a bad thing in my book.
Granted, it wouldn't be cheap, but spending $8500 on an S52 euro plus $2000 to install it isn't cheap either. And we know that that's just the beginning of a slippery slope which can get very, very expensive.

Fenders are more like 3lbs each .

Also you are overpaying for your S52 .

                      Seriously?
I have not weighed them, nor taken them in hand, but from others I've handled 3lbs seems off by an order of magnitude.
As to the S52, I am willing to listen if you have cheaper alternatives, but an engine with gearbox doesn't seem to come cheaper. Here, at least.

I will let other chime in on the fenders , but in my experience they are almost feather light .

Yes that is a bit steep for a stock S52 , even with the accesories and trans .
I know of two complete S50's in TX for much less, one in $1.5k range with trans and one for $1.2k w/o trans .

I may be interested in the ACS CF mirrors. I know someone that has them and they are not only a bit more functional, but damn nice looking.

Don't quite understand what you are asking .

                              There was never a "Euro" S52 .
