    WTB: M10 Head

    My '84 318 developed a cracked head following a water pump failure. Eager to find an intact head if it's less costly than ~$300 for a shop to repair what I've got.

      is that an E21 casting ? I have some M10 heads still.

          pursue that other guy's head, but there's a very high likilihood I have a couple of E12 casting M10 heads in my pole barn on the head shelf.

            I thought that all e30 m10's used the 1.8 head. An e12 head is for 2.0L m10 and are sought after by us racers cause they allow for more of a dome top piston and have bigger valves iirc.

                I have an 84 318i parts car with a head i'll let go for $20. Not sure what shipping would be or why the car was parked to begin with.
