I'm on my second boot and i have only had the car for a few years. They dry and crack easily and cause all sorts of vacum leaks that most people don't notice until they actually remove the boot. Plus i you go turbo a new boot last a couple months max if your over 8 psi. Plus having a smooth surface should reduce turbulance.

Sounds good, keep us posted. That would be easy to make work with my car.

If you can do them in 3" to fit the M30 AFM definitely count me in for two in the first style.

Could I change things around to make it work? Looks like I could run that second one, I just might need to switch to a T-shaped ICV, would that work on an eta? I think my ICV might be going, anyway.
i'll try my icv and boot on an eta to see if it hass the same step values. i have the early i which has the same boot as yours

we can get them made in every boot ever made as long as there are 20 buyers per model. iwas considering having them made with a flared end for m30 and turbo guys. who ever does not need the flair could easily cut it off. just a thought. i believe the colors are red, black, blue, yellow, orange, green, and purple. i have to ship them a new boot per model and i'm not going to flip the bill for a half dozen boots. if anyone has an un warped or non cracked boots to donate let me know so i can ship them all out at once otherwise they are getting the one for my car.
