Pictures in the am of the rears all the way down. Definately not as low as I was hoping for.
Just run the rear with no adjuster.

ok, so what's the talk about cutting the spring perch off? I see in this application it isn't being done this way. I was thinking about getting this set but was told the perches would have to be removed to allow for adjustment? Are there options here then?

Or set the top hat on the spring without the top nut on and then pop it in the car. Place a jack under the ca and s loo wly jack up the strut assembly until you can place the gland nut on. Tighten. Or do as mentioned above and see if that works for you. Hope that helps.

I think what you are saying is that when you decompress the springs the adjusters get pinched in between the the top hat and the top of the spring?

in that case you need to put the spring compressor lower on the spring, like so:

okay so im running into a problem trying to install the front springs. i need to compress the spring so that i can put on the top hat but there is not enough room between the coils to squish it all together and be able to put the top on. the compressors keep going sideways and crossing over them selfs and making it impossible to put it on. how did some of you guys do it? smaller compressors?

I'll see about getting mine dropped over the Christmas period. Off work for the first time in a week and a half. Will post pictures all the way down. There's a few issues I'm trying to sort with the S50 and ZF. Mostly an obnoxious engine knock that I figured was bad gas.

I feel the stretch look! These are way to much for most but I love em.

Those are on the e30 while its sits in the garage actually/. Glad to see this wasn't a huge let down on the ride height I was getting worried. Get some more pics up.
