Does anyone have the measurements on these coils? I am trying to order GC Camber plates and they can't find the appropriate spacer without the specs..

I'll paypal $15 to anyone that can get the correct measurements for these.. I really need these camber plates

what is a good cross between streetable and trackworthy in terms of spring rates?

h&r races are 315f 570r. Ground control recommends 450f 650r. So any where in between those should be good. Also if anyone local has these on their car i'd like to test fit my camber plates on your car. Will give a nice discount.
