          Are the vert springs much stiffer than the other springs?

            Unpacked the kit and was a little confused because everything was laying around loose in the box and the struts were all scraped up (ie no packing material). I dont really care though, they're going to get dirty and probably scratched far more when i try to install, but i could see some being tweaked by that. Just an FYI.

            OK, so i read through this entire thread and have a few quick questions:

            - am i understanding no "special tools" are needed to do these? Just standard suspension tools like,coil spring compressors, hammers, blowtorches, plasma cutters, mig welders, and so on?

            - these basically work with the stock strut housings, just need to mod them if i want to go lower, but otherwise should bolt up without any modding?

            - about how long should this take if your pretty well mechanically inclined? I've done struts/coils/spindles on trucks and other cars and all that before but never on a 325!

              You need to have the tools needed to take your suspension apart. After springs and struts are removed place the new strut place the threaded side over the strut housing. add the adjuster. place spring add top hat.

              Easy peasy.

                If you mod the strut housing to go lower, you need a shorter shock.

                        are these stiff adjustable too? or while i need to buy konis for that?

                          Did these things come with any sort of instruction or parts list/guide? Mine had nothin, if anyone has it could you scan or type it to share? Trying to get an idea on this stuff!

                            Had mine on for a few months, i drove 120 miles around trip a day on highway i love these things. i have a 4dr with vert set up and i like the stiffness from it. im not slammed all the way because i dont have a skid plate. but i cant wait till i get one.. A+ from me.

                              They are just normal (shorter?) replacement shocks; non adjustable.
