 The front I'm not entirely sure..I'd say I'm somewhere around 3/4 of the way down with all spring pads removed. The rear, I'm not even running the adjusters. I had them all the way down and was kinda disappointed with the results. So I put it back up on the lift, removed both adjusters and also the bottom spring pad and that gave me about another inch or so. I left the top pads in though, to keep that element of stability for the spring.
 
 I literally use a pry bar and pried it up from the bottom and popped it out. Dangerous, yes. But there wasn't nearly as much tension as anticipated, and it came out fairly easy.Comment
