I remember briefly reading through your threads. I saw a stack of parts in an image and vague shots of the installed product. [s] Nowhere did I see a manual or mention of one. [/S] (edit: i found the sentence for the install instructions) quite honestly the price tag of $2500 is very discouraging.

Now, nasieg makes a mention of making these kits for a fellow member and the deal falling through and immediately after posts links to your threads. I don't know the story behind this, but he never mentioned that this was someone else's product.

Only to express my disappointment in what is happening here; as is my right. But having read everyone's response, including yours, and to quote you actually,

"I think this would be great idea and a fantastic selling strategy would be required parts list, instructions and of coarse, some 5 lug wheel/bbk porn(example pictures)."

I feel I should point out that this is exactly what I provide to my customers. A complete parts list, both of what is provided and required, with part numbers, a full color install manual complete with torque specs, and well pretty much everything that would dispel all of the questions that seems to be floating around here.

I implore you to look at the picture in my sig, or read my two threads also linked in my sig. In addition to that, I have indeed read the entire thread, and found that myself quoted or referenced as "the original designer" on numerous occasions. I shouldn't need to provide any more proof than that.

Then just leave. Unless you can provide undeniable proof that this is your design, then there is no reason for you to be here. If you have read the whole thread, you'd realize that the person who made the product hasn't made a single post here. We're just a group of people that are interested in a form of 5lug conversion.

If you or anyone else here is truly interested in how I did it, you're all more than welcome to purchase the real kit from me. Otherwise, I have absolutely NO interest in contributing anymore than the 2 years and several thousands of dollars than I already have spent creating, developing and testing what I did, to this extremely disappointing and frustrating situation.

Glad to see everyone is enjoying my kit so emensely...even though no one was ever authorized to produce my product after the initial run a few years ago.

Way to go guys! Now I remember why I got tired of being a college student, working full time, and trying to do this...

Idk lol but I'm going to make it work. Rongineer, the guy who designed the kit, says he is using E46 M3 brakes front and rear.
This is interesting. I bought front e46 m3 calipers and they came with rears. Maybe I'll try this too...

I have a track day April 26 and unfortunately (good problem I suppose) I have to prep the other cars between now and then. I have all the parts and plan to dive head first into this after the track day! I do have kits I can ship before that without the information if someone is hot for one. Feel free to ask me questions as well!

Yeah if people posted pics of their install and of the wheels they use in this thread, that'd be awesome! I will certainly do it when I get the time to do the conversion probably in the summer or fall...

In another note of good news, these kits are going to be for sale permanently!! I will be offering a version of the kit to those on the forum! I am going to refine the kit a bit further and was hoping to get the opinion of those who participated in the group buy. What would you guys like to see in the kits going forward?

    I was thinking:

    Labeling machined parts (Number/Description)
    Definitive needed parts lists
    Picture installation instructions
Configuration options for different wheel sizes
    Sample new wheel fitment possibilities

I would like to make this kit easier to understand and simply installed. I could also source parts for people and offer a full kit if someone wants to go that route.

If anyone is interested in another kit feel free to PM me!
I will photo document my install and offer any help I can!
