Yes I agree. It does look so. Off the top of my mind it's a bit shorter than my Z4 3.0 that's on the Boosted3.

Meh... sorry for the confusion. I meant the distance from the ball to the selector rod is shorter (meaning a longer throw).

The shifter is a bit shorter than the Z4 shifter
The throw will be a bit longer than the Z4 shifter

really? it looks like the shifter is almost as tall as the stock lever in that pic you posted... Or did you meen, the shifter is shorter than the Z4 lever, below the pivot ball...?

I cant assure you anything because I cant try out the shifter before I buy it (and I want it for $35 so I'll wait until the end of the GB). Being a 25-30% shorter throw, I would believe it would alleviate some of the notch that the z4 has, but it would still be noticable.

Oh man, this is confusing. I been considering a SSK for a while. I don't want anything too crazy, still want it to be comfortable, was thinking about Z3 1.9 lever, how does this compare? Where does this fall on the spectrum, 0-10, 0 being stock, 10 being an MRoadster lever (that's the most agressive right?).
