Any chance of you packaging together some kind of install kit [maybe a couple versions?] with:
      • the unit
      • an adapter harness
      • and maybe a couple add-on options like the adapters for the DICE unit

for those us us audio-technically-challenged would be very nice since as I understand it these units aren't PnP.

Yes... The prices are already pretty solid, but I can put together a full package deal for everyone on Monday. I will post a few options then.

The one adapter showed up today... if your stock player has 2 white, and 2 black round connectors each then this is the "4 channel" version. I would presume that most are actually the 2 channel version. I will post up a photo later this afternoon.

Here is a photo of the 2 different style adapters...

The easiest way to tell what style you need is by it either having 2 or 4 of the round connectors. Also, you can see that the top version has a big black connector as well.

The link at the bottom is for your antenna. Price is $15.00 for this piece.

I bought one from Markus and it was slightly less but these are awesome systems. Buy the factory adapter to get the rpm/volume increase/decrease.

Hell here is one local to me for $450

                              Wow. Just reading this.

Our 89 is has the six speaker set up. Never looked in the trunk for an amp.

The aftermarket deck from the PO took a S**t. I pulled it out to revel the harness. Mine has the large black connector similar to the top harness in the above picture. Can I determine from this if it is the 2 or 4 channel?

Secondly, are the antennae adapters always required for the e30?

                              Thanks

Puzzling as to why the female 17 pin connectors are different from each other but yet for the same unit. Do you have the adapter harness(es) and antennae adapters in stock or are they dropped shipped?

Just wondering if you could try each harness to the unit for a fit check.

                                Dunno. Just asking
