the spacing is a bit off for the caliper so i have to change the bracket a bit. right now were in the process of moving the machines to a new location so it will be a little while before i can make another one. (moving them from the old shop, 2 hours away, to the new shop 15 min away!:))

for those of you interested the rotors have been machined, and i'm picking them up tomorrow. I've got the brackets and the calipers all sitting here, so assuming all goes well with the rotors, and it doesn't snow again... i'll be test fitting them this weekend when finals are over.

what are you people making a big deal out of this! All this guy is doing is trying to make and sell the bracket. this brake set up has been done by lots of people. id pay 70$ for this bracket. things like master cylinder and everything else.... thats up to the consumer to figure out not kowalski. All he is trying to sell is the bracket.. not the recipe for this set up.... PEOPLE DO SOME SEARCHING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS TAKES! Im not a rocket scientist but obviously when you mod anything or try making it better you have to search!

I am not a machinist but the race team I used to work with has a lathe that is older than dirt and cost them $500. I chucked up the rotors and did two of them in about ten minutes and I only know a little from seeing other people do it. Go to a shop (don't call) and take the rotors with you. Tell them you want the hole to be 1-1.5 mm larger (while pointing to it) and mention that you're in no hurry for them. Check out hot rod /engine builders, and truck/heavy equipment repair shops.

I will fix the snow, get out there as soon as my work starts having an effect, and let us know how it goes.

Anybody know what the brake line threads are in these calipers?

WTF guys, have you looked at the 300M.de kit? He uses 750i calipers with audi TT rotors that have been re-drilled to 4X100 and the center bored out 1mm.

His bracket is CNC milled out of stainless (I don't know what kind) and he has passed TUV.

If it passes TUV, I would gladly trust it with my life.
