      What did you machine off the bracket? If it's something that is going to save me some frustration I'd like to know (if you don't mind of course).

      Keep it slideways!!

        I had a problem where the caliper was hitting metal on the strut housings itself, you could either grind away the metal from the housing or the caliper. It's easy to tell once the caliper is bolted up.

          So is this for front and backs or just front?

              fronts. after i do the fronts, some time in the summer i'd like to take a look at rear options, but its going to be much more complicated due to the e-brake settup.

                  You said that the rx7 callipers are metal. I have a set that is aluminum that I think is from a second gen rx7??

                      Aluminum = metal.

                            Have there been any issues with uneven pad wear and such?

                            This is the actual bracket it self?

                              thats the rough plan for it width might be modified a bit after fitmet. my calipers come in 4 days but i probably wont have time to do any fitting, next week due to all of the major projects i have to do. The week after should be free and clear, and i'll pull off one and begin the tests. shouldn't take more then a couple of days to get the final product. I will be running an aluminum set off first to test fit, take measurements to see whether the caliper is centered properly and then i will make the final sets with the proper adjustments.
