We've had no reported problems from customers with the front valance-having sold over 100 over the past five years.
Anyone out there with an AMS warped front valance, please contact me.

BTW, if we did have a complaint, we would have taken care of it to the customer's satisfaction.

I have a warped "AMS" front valance, so does another local guy. Looks like they came out of the mold that way to me. I'll see if I can meet up with him and get a picture.

If that is the case, why were we never contacted at the time of purchase by you and the so called other person.
The part is made in a mold and cannot warp.
Faulty installation can cause warpage.
If there was a problem with the part, we would have exchanged it, no questions asked-had you contacted us when you received the part.
Again-with over 100 satisfied customers, how can you call this a sub par product?
If you have a problem with me, our product or our company, PM me like a mature adult so that it can be sorted out.

It was brand new and uninstalled when I observed the warpage. Its either from a warped mold, or from be improperly stored immediately following being removed from the mold.

Since another car local to me, with the same front valance has the exact same warpage, I have no choice but to conclude its a mold issue. You could offer an exchange all day long but I have no doubt every single valance is going to be warped in the same way.

Its not like its your bad as you didn't make the mold or the part, you are nothing more then a reseller that doesn't pay much of any attention to the product you put out the door. Then again do you even stock them or is it all drop shipped?

Here is a pic of his car from the angle that most obviously shows the warpage, its clearly warped back in on itself on the passenger side. Mine shows this same warpage, although with the modifications I did to mine its more noticeable. Go set one of your valances on the ground, walk up to it from this angle, and move back and forth over it and see for yourself.

I didn't buy it directly from you, I bought it from a R3V member who did, wasn't happy with it, and resold it. It came in the same box/packing it was shipped from AMS in.

Oh man.. I forgot to mention all the Bondo I had to scrape out of the corners of my valance and replace it with actual fiberglass, that was fun too!

You sell garbage Mel, and whats worse you will lie to try and get away from the truth falling back on you. This is little different then the new junk Kopi Alpina wheels you're trying to sell.

You obviously have an anger management problem - you need help.
FYI, fibreglass is pliable and bends.
That's why a professional installer like a body shop is recommended by us.
Again-you are the only one that has complained directly to us out of over 100 sold (and this, months after you installed it).
Either you're anal or a sicko (or both).
