i am sorry, but this may be another stupid question,
what is the price for the rotors and adapters if i have the calipers?
is that the $660 or $600 respectively for plain rotors?

Don't really have time to weight items in the kit, but a customer from Australia weighted the bigger e30 Race kit and it ended up being lighter than stock. He even posted pictures on this forum 9 months ago.

Dynapro calipers are 2.8lbs vs Superlite 5lbs.
Dynapro pads are much lighter (smaller and shallower)

I wonder who wants the kit at $600 (with regular rotors) or the one at $660 (with the more expensive rotor with slots, and venting on the back face). I will also include 3mm alumium spacers as promised. I won't sell spacers alone. I experienced too many losses shipping them.

I definitely want the Racing Brake rotors, however, I will probably have to wait til January.

I wish not to envoke the wrath of the girlfriend by forgoing Christmas for her while I spend ~$700 on a BBK for the car.

just to make sure i have it right. the kit is being offered with the dynapro calipers, but you can use the dynalites also (they will just sit 1.7 mm lower)

am i right? just wondering since i already have a pair of dynalites. with the 1.50 pistons and the availability if the same in 1.75 bore also

Back to the subject of the 280mm BBK (that will grow your dick of your purchase twos sets). Material has been ordered, and adapters to be machined at the end of next week, then nickel plated. Adapters are sturdy steel. Not aluminum. Plated and graded fasteners were also ordered and shall be here in two weeks. I still expect to meet my end-of-November goal. I'll take pictures when the first adapters are machined, installed on struts with Corrado rotors so that you can put a picture on the fridge for your girl to "get the message" for your Christmas gift

It is not a thread to try and convince you to go BBK or to ask about if a BBK is worth it. Dont get me wrong...those are valid questions..... but it would be best to start another thread...or do some searching...or call Lee direct. How about do a little research before you start cluttering up this thread? There but there are plenty of numbers out there for stock setups so do some simple guesstimation: An e30 M3 brakes quicker than a 325i and the kit in this thread is roughly the same size but with a better caliper setup so therefore a 325i with this kit should stop as quick (if not quicker) than an M3. An E36 M3 stops quicker than an E30 M3 and the Massive Sport/Race kits are similarly sized but again, with a better caliper design so...
