I will take care of that tomorrow. 3mm spacers with the center bore barely bigger than the rotor's center bore, instead of the wheel hub.

Are the spacers necessary for wheel fitment when installing the kit? Or does it just change the offset? I am hoping to pick up a set when uncle sam gives me some cash back. Running with the 15x8 trm wheels.

Ok, they're on and I drove almost a whole half mile on them. Pics and a full review will follow when I have time and get to spends some seat time in the car on dry pavement (it snowed 18" while I was installing them) but the install was smooth and fast and the initial impression is great! I highly recommend this kit just based on what I've seen so far, I'm sure the impressions will only improve with seat time...

I'm running without them now but the rotor faces are thinner than the stock E30 rotor so for peace of mind I will be running them just to put everything back closer to where it was in the first place.

I checked last night the pad selection for the Dynapro caliper. It seems that Willwood added another compound. They now have the E compund, which is recommend as a double duty pad. very streetable with no adverse effect on rotor and braking, while still a very good medium friction track pad. It is very smooth on rotors in any type of driving. Its only drawback is the dust. Lots of it, but extremely easy to remove with water. It is not corrosive.

Pad selection is half of a brake system caracteristics. Luckily, the Dynapro pads are cheap and it is possible to try several types of pads before sticking to one.

Some customers have early Sport kits with straight vanes discs (300mm x 21mm) with Dynalites and E compounds. Cars are heavily tracked and customers very happy. So, I suspect that this new 280mm kit will be equally as good and strong. With the right pads.

The 280mm x 22mm kit is now on the website.

You can download the profile here.

Website now lists the kit at $750usd, but if you mention you saw the ad on R3V, then it's $720usd

                Thanks

The $660 offer was a past offer and greeted early buyers of a product that was designed but not yet manufactured. Current price is $720usd on R3V or $750usd on eBay.... If you gather 10 orders on your own Group buy, then $660usd is a possibility. But you get to manage the GB and we need to establish a deadline.

It's fucking fantastic! When I have time I'll write a review.

Lee, any news on those updated spacers?

                          Thanks!

They were put in line for production, but the M-technic pedals have put delays on the spacer.

BTW BP20 pads should be a good general purpose pad for most of you guys.

Okay. What about a GB on the 280mm kit? It will work for 10 items and more (A+B+C). Could start today and end in 4 weeks. Kits start shipping as soon as 10 orders are reached. Chanelling interest from other forums could help reach a faster pace.

The offer can be under three options

A- Full kit - Sells for $750usd on the website - GB price is $680usd

                              - Slotted Corrado rotors already machined and ready to mount.
                              - Dynapro calipers with bridgebolt
                              - BP20 brake pads
                              - Nickel plated caliper mounts
                              - Hydraulic adapters

                              - $20 Optional aluminum spacers ($30usd regular price) - new version. Available in 1.5mm and 3mm thickness.

B- Same as above but without rotor - $540usd
                              - You source your own Corrado rotors and have them machined to 66mm center bore.

                              C- Caliper mounts alone - $180usd
