Well, he collaborated with Vlad on at least one of his projects... That's been enough for me to never even bother browsing the site.

If he sells crappy products and has bad customer service, let the bashing commence.

I lot of members will say what they did to me was wrong, but I'm cool with it:

    Eurostop USA dtm Fiberwerkz

Has anyone had issues with eurostop USA/Dtm Fiberwerkz?

I would be interested...ary has totally screwed me and is unwilling to help me...I am curious if anyone else has had the same experience? This is unfortunate and I am not looking to bash, just let everyone know what we are dealing with..720.00 is a a lot of money...no need to bash just pm me.

    Ari Minassian (E30 Widebody)

I'd like to save my 4000th post to my transaction feedback for Ary (WidebodyE30) from Eurostopusa.

I bought the Startec Taillights from him for a very reasonable price. We had some trouble with the money order, but it was straightened out and the taillights came today, as described, and I can't get enough of them. They look so much better than in the pictures.

Thanks Ary for your patience, trust, and excellent communication. I would do business with you again anytime. In fact, I'll be keeping in touch.

    Thanks so much!

C'mon qwerty. Not again. Ary accepted the payment directly from so that the original purchaser of the hood you bought second hand doesn't have to take money from you, loose 3% Paypal fee, and then send payment to Ary. You purchased the hood knowing it was defective, and it was shipped by the other buyer. So, no. You are not Ary's customer and he has no responsibility on shipping.

Sometimes, I have the feeling you have an agenda or just don't want to understand. As Eddy mentionned on S14, Ary did one big mistake. It is to accept a payment from you to help Ted.

And in all honesty, I would rather buy CompetitionConcept's or MA Shaw's products before Eurostop's bling stuff, but it doesn't mean I find okay to slender him.

I attempted to call/email on several occasions. It wasn't until I made my opinion public that Ary finally got back to me. Obviously nothing was resolved.

Regardless, I encourage anyone to read through the thread posted, there are always two sides to the story. What is important to note is Eurostop's reaction to accepting payment from me, but saying that I am not a customer.

Eurostop and I have both posted our opinions on the situation. It is at a standstill, and there is no point in slinging any more mud.

I am not here to damage Eurostops reputation, only to give buyers some consumer feedback and let them decide after reading about others experiences if they feel comfortable dealing with Ary and Eurostop.

I had a good experience with them.
I bought the m-tech 1 rear valance and had it installed on my car. The fit was perfect (had to drill one hole in the valance) and it has held up good the past 8 months.

We handled the situation with our customer(TED) just fine......

    Hello,

I noticed that you had posted some things about our company and I wanted to take some time to educate you about the "problem"/ confusion here. I hate to go through this over and over and over and over again but oh well.....

    1. Ted buys a CF hood from us and the package is packed very well, insured and shipped.

    2. Ted gets the box in good condition and the part has a blemish( not a shipping problem).

    3. Ted calls us and lets us know about the problem and we give him a few options.
Either we replace the "BLEM" hood and send him a new one or he keeps the blem hood and sells it on his own time and we give him a new hood at a discount.

    4. Ted and I decide that he keep the BLEM hood and sell it on his own time and I replace a hood for him shipped to his door at a discount.

    5. Now that Ted received the new hood in replacement for the BLEM one it's his choice to do what he wants with the old one. ( to sell it to use it to break it whatever.....) he owns it and can do what he wants with it.

    6. He finds a buyer for the Blem hood and sells it and upon receiving the Blem hood the new buyer( querte) gives us bad feedback for buying a damaged hood when we didn't even sell it to him?? HE BOUGHT A USED HOOD FROM TED KNOWING IT HAS A BLEM! TED SHOULD HAVE INSURED THE BOX GOING TO QUERTE INCASE OF A S&H DAMAGE. ALSO WHEN QUERTE RECEIVED THE BOX SOMEONE SIGNED FOR IT....
Querte is Teds customer not EUROSTOPUSA's!!

Why did QUERTE pay EUROSTOPUSA for A CF hood and TED for S&H????Because the payment for the hood was clearly for a replacement for TED( our customer). S&H was paid to TED because it was his responsibility to ship out the blem hood to his customer QUERTE. Its sooo clear to see this but many don't

We( EUROSTOPUSA) did all we can to solve the problem with TED! We have great customer service since 2002 and we did what our customer (TED) wanted. There was no need to make this thread because the point here is Ted is our customer and Querte didnt' buy anything from us. No need to give us feedback ( EUROSTOPUSA) when the product was not bought through us and bought second hand USED form TED.....

Many forum member understand where were coming from and others don't... you can check the FEEDBACK FORUMS in R3vlimited.com and e30tech.com and see all our other customers that are satisfied with our customer serive and quality on parts!

Thanks for your time and have a great day,:D
