Guys, I think that at this point, this thread has served it's purpose. You've both made your arguments about who is right and who is wrong, and the board has read it and given their 2 cents or formulated an opinion. If you guys would like to continue your discussion about getting this resolved, please do so through PM's.

Why don't you post some facts then. All these vague accusations just make you look like a douche bag. No times, dates, or documents? No case.

    Verdict is:

    Fidhel007 is a douche bag.

Don't piss in Lee's pocket and tell him it's raining or he might not call you back.

And on a side note, I would recommend getting this thread deleted before your boss reads it. If I saw an employee of mine dragging my companies name through the mud because of his own personal deal gone sour, I would fire him on the spot.

    Cheers,

    Brian

Where is everybody getting this timeframe from? The problem appeared very shortly after the customer started driving the car.

You sent the customer on his merry way with a car with no issues. Then the customer had the car for a while and it developed issues.

It sounds like this is all a misunderstanding, I think he probably thought your request to warranty the rotors was a joke

And once again, that could have been addressed intelligently and helpfully but I got "How do I know it's not the front suspension?"

That should tell the people watching this thread something........
I've purchased stuff from him and was perfectly happy until he refused to respond as soon as I had an issue.

Can we stay on track a little bit here? The main issue is the complete and utter lack of response when asked about "warrantying out the rotors or finding something to suggest to the customer to make him happy." That is a quote. He never stated that he wouldn't replace the rotors and offered up no alternative to doing so.

I'm not playing for either side here. As I said earlier, forums are not the proper place to handle a bad business transaction. It accomplishes nothing for either party. I find phone calls work the best. I think both parties involved are not handling the situation appropriately.
It got him out of the woodwork, didn't it?

    I'd call that an accomplishment...

Look, I understand some of you guys think Lee is a douchebag. I am one of them. If you want to talk about that, go make a thread in Off Topic. This forum is called transaction feedback for a reason. Its for feedback from transactions, which apparently has been forgotten.

You're out of your element man.

I think you've replied to this thread enough. Let Brendan fight his own battles. It is rather unnecessary for you to respond to everyone's comment and make every attempt to down Lee. We know your opinion and viewpoint on this subject, and unless you have something beneficial to add just stop posting. Please and thank you.

Let's not bring Lee's personal life into this thread. Kay?

This is about his business practices, which is why it is in the Transaction Feedback forum. If you don't have something to add about his business/customer service/taste in women please leave it out of this thread.
