The parts he bought where over a year ago. Plus he is mad that I wouldnt sell a rear seat top from a vert, when I am selling the whole interior as a set and it states that and he didnt want to read that.
The parts this guy is talking about are early fog lights, the glass was fine but dirty, housing and brackets where fine. He asked if the brackets where fine and there was nothing wrong with them. I put a set of the metal frames in with them(this was just me adding a extra part, yeah they needed striped and repainted but oh well). Never once go any sort of pm or any thing from him saying any thing was wrong witht he shippment. Find out on a post that he has some sort of beef about the parts which ends up being the "extra parts" that i sent. That inlies why I will not do any communication with you. An each time I have sent to candians there has been some sort of them bitching over how it got there or how it was handled in shipping or what ever. You cant make every one happy. An the ones that are happy thanks for your orders! The ones that are not happy have a good day.

I paid for those and you agreed these were part of the deal. no you didnt "pay" for those it was just the fogs those where extra, but you can grip all you want, plus i dont do birthdays or put any thing in any pipe an smoke it. an as stated before i wont talk to you so there in goes why you dont get any info from me, because guess what i choose NOT to sell to you, so wasting my time telling you about a part that i WILL NOT sell to you? An if you had a real problem with what i had sent then why take over a YEAR to post up some thing, an never once did i get any pm from you about it. the only pm's i got from you where you wanting other parts, so that right there in its own says hey you where fine with what you had got an you wanted more!

Got my MTech1 wheel from Brandon today. Seems that from the feedback in this thread, any concerns have been rectified. He wrapped my wheel in cotton clothe, filled the spline with packing, and loaded the box with foam. The order was shipped promptly and tracking number sent as soon as he got one.

I would deal with this guy again for sure. Thanks dude!

For the record, the seller and I never reached a resolution.
I bought a glove box for $40(shipped) that arrived broken.
It simply wasn't worth dragging the issue on over such a small amount of $.
I still have the broken glove box in the garage and it irritates me every time I see it.
I've learned my lesson and would urge any prospective buyers to be careful... and do not send the payment as a "gift" to save this guy any $.
You will have no protection through Paypal if the $ is gifted.

As someone who has both bought and sold stuff on this board and others, I just can't understand what is so hard about trying to work with someone when stuff like this happens.
If you sell more than one or two items, something will eventually happen where the buyer is not happy. It can be for any number of reasons, but as a seller, I try to do everything I can within reason to make the buyer happy with their purchase. It may mean a refund or partial refund, or a replacement item, or whatever- it's just not that hard and in the end it doesn't really cost me much to do the right thing.


Oh, and spend a little bit of time packing stuff right and you won't have nearly as much trouble with things arriving broken or with pieces missing. Again, it's not that hard.

Bought a complete m42 a while back from Brandon. He was very prompt with responses. Spoke to him on the phone and in person when he DELIVERED the motor for no extra charge. When he got here the transmission was still attached and I asked what that was about because I had only paid for the motor. He said he couldn't get it off so he was throwing it in. He had been asking $150 for it but asked nothing from me. I thought that was pretty cool of him. Everything was exactly as he described so far. The motor has been sitting on my porch since I got it but it looks clean and hasn't leaked a thing. Im hoping to find out soon that that it runs. I would and probably will do business with him again. Seemed like a very nice guy and a good seller.
