Well he has visited the forum several times today and not yet replied so I wouldn't hold your breath.

He also has very poor feedback on Bimmerforums. He goes by a slightly different username but still very similar. I recognized his username easily between the two forums. His for sale ads are all over the e30 classifieds, with other members complaining in his threads.

Seriously what the waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles...how has this guy not been banned yet? Its been several days since a mod asked him to state his side and he visits the forum several times per day. He obviously isn't going to come up with an excuse for sending a bunch of members garbage.
