i bought a muffler from janderson(aka scumbag) on 3/3/12, had bad experience last year with him but thought i could give him a second chance. BIG mistake.
i sent him a few messages this week and posted on his profile but no answer, so i am flaming him like i said i would.

so he never shipped my muffler, nor refunded money and has no ceased contact with me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FUCKING SCUMBAG!
he dicks around and seems to lack all regard for a "customer".
and just because he is some "mod" on here doesn't mean jack shit to me, fuck him!

so its been a couple weeks, haven't recieved muffler nor any contact from you, PM'd you the other day, nothing.


sooooo, since i've had issues with you in the past, if i dont hear from you by weds. i am gonna go through pp and get my money back AND be forced to post my experience in the feedback section. not trying to be a dick here, but two bad experiences, i should have learned the first time, least i can do is let other's know.


so i give you 3.5 days to supply a tracking number OR a picture of a reciept OR some proof of shipping.

I wish I had a better excuse than the one I have, but most people know I work 6 days a week, usually 8-11 hours, and try as hard as I can to get stuff shipped out, but it falls to the side sometimes. Also, between him paying and me (not) shipping, I moved, and the box with the muffler got packed with everything else in the garage. I admit my communication was lax, but I never "ceased" communication, in fact, I PM'd Devon back right before he posted this thread to tell him I was sending it Monday, and apologized several times. All I can do is explain, apologize and do what I can, whether that's enough for people, I can't say.

Well, in his defense, I took my sweet old time getting a set of seat brackets out to him last year, and this incident doesn't make it any better.

I'm not making excuses for anything, just explaining what happened, and my lack of regular communication doesn't help. I will make things right, the incident is completely my fault.

It's not about receiving the part in hours after you buy it in my opinion, it's about being honest and communicating about whats going on. A little slack should be given, but the seller should be forthright about what is actually happening.

Case in point, i bought some M30 engine mounts from Jean and he couldn't ship them out right away. No problem, i'm not in a hurry keep me posted. He responded with weekly updates ending with a tracking #. I felt secure in my purchase yet received the parts a month or so later.

I felt so secure that when Jean propositioned the idea of me sending the mounts back to him to use temporarily use while his V8 germinates i did not have a second thought , they are on the way.

Communication is everything! Step up to the plate Josh.
