How should I go about raising up the Idle on my m50? I dont have my chiltons infront of me so I cant look it up but its driving me nuts. My car idles at about 600rpm but with the a/c on it idles at 500 and its vibrates like a motherfucker. shouldnt Idle be at like 750-800 when its operating normally?

600 is normal idle. I had TRM raise mine to 900 because of my lightened flywheel, but you still shouldn't have it that low with the air. Do you have the A/C signal going to the ECU? That should raise it with A/C engaged. -
Ok cool Im gonna have to hook that. Back to the etm.
So I shouldn't fuck with that screw on the tb?84 318I Delphin RIP

look on the ETMs. there is a wire (the one that engages your compressor) that you have to splice to your DME.No more e30s for me.
