      would be fun to build a M30 with S38B38 crank and some bigger bore pistons with decent CR, 280 odd cam, proper exhaust etc etc. Would do that before swapping a 3.2L M50 even if it cost more.
      89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

        ^Why not just drop in an S38?

        The other advantage of m30 over the m50 motor is that the chassis will never ask you "Is it in yet?"

            You have fun with that $1000 crankshaft in that $300 motor. I'd probably go for the full S38 before I did that.
