No offense, but I wouldn't take the time to write all that out for $200. I could write over 100 pages and still not cover everything. It's all written over and over again in these forums though.
I have a sticky thread at the top the step by step tells you how to read and figure out the schematics for your wiring. There are more booster threads then you can count. The auto to manual swap is detailed many times.Originally posted by 325Projectzdon't listen to the diagram... listen to mr. swiss.Comment

LOL, should have quoted your BS request. I feel bad we didn't, or did we?
What other OBD1 parts do I need for the swap?
I have searched and found many OBD1 parts lists but I want to have a 100% complete list because I have ONE WEEK to complete my M52 swap into my 325is. Meaning, I have to have every part together so I wont get held up waiting for more parts to ship. If you help me organize a good list, I will paypal you $20 as long as it is a 100% complete list with EVERYTHING I need to complete the swap from OBD2 to OBD1.
Also, if you help me with other parts of the swap; non OBD1 related such as: motor mounts, brake booster, transmission, etc. I will also pay you.
SO if you answer all my OBD1 questions I will give you $20 via paypal (or more depending on how complete the answer is)
also, I will create a new thread listing the complete parts needed for the M52 swap to help out the R3V community.
AND if you answer my other questions regarding general swap parts and methods, I will also pay you.
Bottom line, show me some interest and be helpful and Ill send you money depending on how well you help me up to $50. Im feeling generous to anyone who will help me with this swap. One more thing, if you PM me, that increases your 'helpfulness'
Thanks,
Peter

Just admit, you don't know how to do the swap, you haven't searched, and you want someone to do it for you. Then we can tell you it will cost way more then $50. You should be thrilled that the info is free and all you have to do is click a few buttons. But no, you want someone to spoon feed it to you, for an incredibly small amount of cash, all while claiming that you know what you're doing.Comment

You didn't even know that you need a vanos harness for an m52, or that a 413 red label DME was a vanos ECU. That's the basics. If you don't know that stuff, what exactly do you know?

So call me what you want, but I know what Im good at and that is working on BMWs. And just for fun, Ill attach some pictures of before and after of my e46... Oh and dont forget, I was 16-17 when I had this car and payed for everything myself. I think Ill be just fine when it comes to working on my e30, too. :ohsnap:

Reps? No, theyre VMR V710. Not a rep of any BMW rim and actually quite popular in the 5 lug world. I bought my complete M52 and ZF trans with the money I got from selling those rims ;)^M52B28^Comment
