Easiest way to "delete" the throttle body heating is to loop the hoses with a small piece of pipe. #10 can be removed any time as it is just a thermostat which controls coolant flow to keep from heating the throttle body unnecessarily.
Depending on the OP's climate he could either remove one hose and the Thermostat and heat the throttle body all the time, or he could remove the hose and thermostat and loop the 2 remaining hoses to circumvent the TB heating all together.
