you need two male pins. then just plug them in at pin 14 on both sides.

And another question what of there are wires in those pins already? But there just not lined up with each other...?

FIXED! Put the wire to pin 14! And no more rev limiting! The only thing tho was that there was two wires that where the same color so I was confused about them

that's how your adapter was originally wired. pin 20 is 12v on many E30s, and it was wired to ground on the oil level sensor.

ah! right, I remember you telling me before. Luckily I don't have a level sender, or I would have a problem.
