I think its hit or miss but not only have I seen it but its been reiterated by others who have had the same experience.
Steve went through 2 stock M20 clutches on his supercharged M20B27 i engine setup before he finally had to go with a UUC flywheel ad m5 clutch.
I've seen them fail on enough other people's S50/S52 setups I now play it safe and stick to the dual mass clutch setup. One person might have no issues and another have an exploding PP. But so far I hear 50/50 in relative experiences.. to me that's a to much to chance considering I've yet to hear someone claim their S52 stock PP explode.
