sounds like a short somewhere to me. well either an open or short. when i had thwe wrong wire hooked up for my tach it would peg when i hit the key and not move when the car was running.
so still no luck on the gauges. i replaced the cluster with the correct one and i still got nothin. temp gauge still goes straight to hot when key on. mr 325 i dont drive my car. havent driven it in a year. i would never drive a car without knowing the temp.
so i unplugged the connectors and the engine harness from the body harness and everything stayed the same..still on hot and still half tank when truely empty..i will be replacing the cluster tomorrow and see if maybe its the cluster..dont think ive mentioned this but rpms do work..
