Never on any setup seen any gain in power or flow. You still have m50 manifold and 3" throttle body.
It came with the kit, Better be on the safe side, Im pretty sure the stock maf will peg out quickly even at 6psi

The e30 already ran with an ews delete chip, problem is the chip that came with the supercharger has ews on it, the wire coming from the dme is already cut, you don't use it on a c101 plug when doing the conversion harness....

The maf fits, the air filter is the problem, making a hole is not a bad idea, im looking for the smallest 3.5" to put in there, hope it doesn't affect the maf reading if it is close...

Bd11 or bd11a? What size are your pulleys? Or does it makes 9psi because of a different impeller? That would be my next step lol

Why not just add EWS in the car and align it. Would be a lot cheaper then getting a new tune. Or they also make EWS emulators but I have never used one or know how good they work.

To use that chip, you MUST add EWS to the car. You can use a non-EWS chip in an EWS DME if the car is wired right. You cannot ever use an EWS chip without a working EWS system.

i was looking at those emulators, but don't know if anyone has made one work... so I should buy this? and wire it up?

I know the antenna ring goes to the transponder with the two plugs on it, then the module reader to the ews, and from the ews to the dme pin 66? what more will the ews need to work? I could put the e36 key in the glovebox or something for added security, then I should only put the supercharged chip on that dme and it will run right? or does the chip also has a code from the car the supercharger was taken? time to do more homework...

Correct me if Im wrong, but the supercharged chip will only work with the ews and key out of the car that had the charger before right?

Get a used silver DME ending in 506 for '95 E36 M3, and not the 413...that would easily solve your issues since they had no EWS

I also have the same Powerdyne BD11 blower in my car, with 3.5 HFM

BD11 blower, just measured the pullies-bottom of the rib blower pulley is approx. 2.83" and the crank pulley approx 4.44".The unit was rebuild just before it was bought by the guy I got it from,he drove it about 6 months and crashed the car.The case isn't vented so I doubt it'll have a billet wheel in it,not sure just yet wether I'll run it as for a season(I'm Canadian so only drive the car occasionally for 6 months a yr)before I vent it and do all the upgrades or do it before I install it.

Hey Bing any pics/video of your set-up?.

so I can use the silver 413 chip with the supercharged tune and ews on it, on a 506?

you can take out the supercharger pretty easy to do it later, can't wait to see how my e30 moves...

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. USING AN EWS CHIP IN A NON-EWS DME WILL NOT WORK.

                          That is the problem.

that's what I tought, anyways, I'll be working with eurotuning.us, great customer service so far, ordered a 413 red label to make it easier, I already had an lc-1 gauge, so I will be ordering the controller and o2 sensor too, I didn't want to put too much gauges on my e30, but I'll have too, vdo boost gauge and lc-1 wideband in the asthray with a panel from jaywood

after I get everything in good working order, I may put an econoboost and no wideband to make things cleaner... already have an 180sx with too much gauges, don't need another car full of them...

A 3.5" MAF will make more power when you are flowing so much air that a 3" MAF cant meter it all.
How do you suppose a 3.5" maf can flow more air through a 3" throttle plate?

Those gains come from the tune, not the maf.
