Checked so many searches and tried everything. Here's the situation on my M50nv
Fuel OK - smell in bay, fuel pump running, traced the lines, all OK
Grounds - OK. Engine mount arm on driver's side and strut tower on pass side
Harness adapter is from nando - trust it's all good. Grounded the Oil level sensor too
Starter is wired correctly - t30h and t50 are connected to the right wires
DME is known working from a running e34
CPS Reads 0.506-0.510 on the 2k range - so 506 ohms which is good
Coils all read fine from 1.3 to 1.8 ohms in that range
Cranks fine, get fuel, but no starting.
Could i have fried the DME by accident?
How do i check impulse getting to the coils?
Should i remove the fuel pump relay, crank it and run a multimeter to one of the coil leads?
Also worth noting, when I crank it, the lights on the dash DIM, not turn off.
Also my windows dont work. i checked the t30h and t50 connections on the starter and theyre correct.
I read that a possiblity was that if the t30h connection is cracked it could cause problems, but it looks okay...
Thanks for the help!
