    Help????!!!!!!!

So, i finished my s52 swap kept the obd2 electrical, getrag 260 older model with the two sensors, mad my shifter linkage, 2.93 LSD, tuned ecu, adapter wiring.
Sit to start her up and I hear dacxk metal on metal. I try to hand crank the engine and it will not turn, tried rolling the car in gear same thing raised the back up put her in gear and tried hand crank and nothing.
then i tried loosening the tranny from the engine incase the flywheel is touching oilpan did that yet i need to put somthing to space the tranny and engine further apart today.

I remembered not wanting to mess with the starter since the wires were already screwed on and i didn't want to mix up the orientation but cant remember weather i put the getrag 260 starter on it when i slapped the getrag 260 on there or left the e36 starter. so I removed the starter yesterday engine still wont hand turn when

I think its the flywheel stuck on something what do yall think?

Are you using an M20 flywheel? If so, did you shave it down?

You can use the S52 flywheel but need to use the E36 starter and I believe an E36 clutch setup with it

If you took out the flywheel and the engine turns, I would assume its your flywheel. If you are using the m20 flywheel, then you need to shave it down 6mm or trim the back of the oil pan...see threads below:

              what shave the flywheel

what shave down the flywheel let me see that flywheel and the bolts you used, said my pissed off dad as her arrives 5 hours late.

said turned the engine and says its your bolts their too long.

as bad as i would have liked proving him wrong i tried some short bolts and the engine turns like a dream.

id like to know how shaving the flywheel made any difference with you guys.
