You are going to be so much happier with your car after this. Going form an Autotragic tired M20 to a modded 5 speed M50 is a huge change in car. I only did a lightweight fly wheel on mine and maint. and it is totally different and I can't keep out of it. I drove the eta to Wal-Mart once in the last 2 months just to get oil while I did a change. I think it's getting jealous.....

Yea I was kinda sad when I took out my m20.

                She could still flex nuts.

already a quick question. im going to use a load leveler. i need 2 pieces of chain and i know one hooks on the front upper tap by the thermo housing, where does the other connect? also what do i need to keep off for the motor to fit in (power steering pump)

You need to run a strap to the back of the block, there is a loop by the starter to run it through.

There is a hole right above where the starter is that is built into the block. Take a bolt and nut and run it through the hole and hook the chain to it.

will a chain work? or will it be to taunt and not clear the firewall?

I used a chain on that eyelet on the back of the block. It cleared fine. Just make sure to pad the chain where it hits the manifold, so it doesn't dig in. I used a folded up bath towel. :)
