m42 is a buzzy lil 4 banger, m50 will be nice and smooth with the e28 mounts.

you think? have you driven in a 24V car?

I just don't want to regret buying these mounts again, you know what I mean?

yes i have driven a 24v car, and yes i did own an m42 car, and the m42 car with the hydraulic mounts was still more buzzy than the 24v car.

yeah I am running the IE urethane mounts w/ my 24v swap and it is MUCH smoother than the m42 w/ the stock mounts.

I'm kinda hesitant to get them, I feel much more comfortable getting the E28 535i mounts because they aren't as stiff as the urethane mounts.

              Shit I need a ride in a 24V E30.

personally i think these mounts are junk. i had 3k on my S52. (given they were a hard 3k). But the mounts are torn and peeled from the metal. my friend has a stock s14 and his mounts failed in 2k? I wish their was a better solution?

I couldn't be happier with them but then again I daily drive the car on Jstocks and Jstock evo billys so i am biased when is comes to stiff and comfort

now when I finish the other motor i have on the stand... ehh motor mounts won't be the only thing breaking
