Dont worry about pulling the tranny. I made a simple mistake of not putting the clutch release bearing in the first time. So I had to pull it again but atleast I got to use a lift..

Its not the bearings.... I know what bearings sound like. Maybe if these were completely shot, but they aren't. I double checked the bearings before installation. I'm going to remove the tranny when I have time. But it drives... totally fine... When I drive for about 1 min... the noise goes away and doesn't appear anymore at all, I'll let it idle and get out the car and nothing...... I'm lost lol.

Since I'm using the complete s52/zf setup I'm using the zf slave cylinder. It works fine as it disengages and engages and everything is operational... Meaning I could drive and it works fine... I have no idea... I'm stomped.

Guess what? I started my car today and no rattle.... Rev'd as high as 6k with no rattle.... wtf?!!! That was in the morning. Then started it right now... still no rattle... I'm confused... maybe the oil didn't get to it enough or something? Anyways, that's not my problem...
Anyone know probable causes as to why the clutch when you aren't pushing on it makes a loud ass high pitch noise (i.e. like a high pitch sound of metal sliding with another metal, screeching)? I know if my pilot bearing is shot it would rattle/gargle when in neutral, or if it was my release bearing it would rattle/gargle when engaging the clutch (pushing it). But I'm getting that high pitch screeching noise when I don't press the clutch but it goes away when I press the clutch a little bit. Takes very little effort of pressing the clutch pedal to make the sound go away. And when you release it it comes back screeching again...
I know I put the clutch/pp/flywheel correctly... I double checked the bearings, pilot and throwout/release bearing, and those are perfectly fine. The clutch disk still looked like it had life left. Could the clutch disk be so worn down that when in neutral and not pushing the clutch it screeches? The disk wasn't even down to metal... I'm pretty stomp...

I have a single vanos... lol Mohammed you need to do research. US motors are completely different from Euro motors.
Hopefully the noise goes away with that kit.
