you're not going to fit 5 lug wheels on an ix with adapters unless they have a really high offset, like ET40-45. or unless you want ultra super stance poke.. but I might suggest the ix is the wrong car for that.

Thank you for the read. If I were to get 4 lug to 5 lug adapters, what would be a safe size to get? Just to give me more options on wheels and such.

Hey Guys,
I have been wondering if the 16x7,5 ET27 M3 Style 5 weaves or the alpina 16x8 ET28 could fit the IX with 215 or 225/45 without touching or having to roll fenders.
Anyone have tried those?

soooooo I have a set of gorgeous bbs rk's that unfortunately are cracked and bent, they are 17x7 on a 4x100 bolt pattern with 205/45r17 tires. I also have some borbet type E's 17x7 on a 5x120 bolt pattern. think the 205's will fit on the 7.5" wide wheel?

What about these beyerns. With 4x100 to 5x120 adapters like these.. that would bring me down to et22 right?( meaning it wouldnt work)

it helps a little but you're still not going to fit an 8" wheel with an ET25 offset. it really needs to be about 30-33mm and it will be very tight fitment.
