    Timing belt time, need help

I am looking for a kit that has everything. I stopped in at BMW today and the estimated bill for it was way too much. I am looking for a Timing belt, belt tensioner, cam shaft seal and o-ring,thermostat and water pump, all gaskets and belts to be replaced. Anything else? I have seen some kit posts but they seem old. Looked at ebay and those seem lacking complete kit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Is your cam seal leaking? That's not necessary when doing a timing belt.

Also, the thermostat housing is independent of the timing belt job.

I did mine recently and did waterpump, tensioner, main and auxiliary shaft seals.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I always do the cam seal & o-ring when doing the timing belt. it's so easy, why not? plus M20s like to piss oil everywhere anyway.

yeah steve @ blunt recommended the same & ordered both. I mean i piss oil from almost every inch of this car already, but i guess it wouldn't hurt to try to stop one of the leaks. lol
