Need to make a decision. Need some help.

So I picked up a 91 manuel ix coupe for a parts car. I bought the car for $700.00 with every intention of parting it and keeping the t-case, trans, shafts etc. After seeing the car, it really looks like a good candidate for a resto. Some body damage in the rear and the engine is a complete basket case. Head is in the trunk cylinders look ok, pistons look really rough. Car has 120,000 miles. interior is fair. Aside from the damage in the rear, the body is very clean and solid. The only rust I can find is on the surface and is a result of the damage to the back of the car. What do you guys think?

                          engine

Looks like it might have lost the timing belt. The tops of the pistons are pretty beat up and one of them is crumbling apart. Not sure I'm up for it.

Bodies in that condition are getting harder to find and overall value is on the rise. Build a stroker for it!
