Et 24 Euroweaves on iX?

I recently picked up a set of 205/50/15 Yokohama S.Drives for my 325ix and I'm considering pairing them with new wheels. The car already has newer all-season/economy tires on the stock weaves, (and it's easier to wheel swap than to tire swap IMO) so I'm going for an OEM+ look.

Does anyone know if the 15x7 et24 euroweaves will fit (with 205/50 tires)? If so, please post up some photos of that setup!

I run 15x7 et25 BBS RS001s on my IX with 205/50s. I think I rub occasionally, but I don't have any issues with it. I have Bilstein HDs and H&R Sports.

i believe they will rub some on the fender lips. why would you wan't to spend the money for euro weaves when you can by ix weaves for much less money, have the exact same wheel, and the correct offset?

I realize 15" tire selection these days sucks, but 205/50 is undersized.

Anyway, i did it with 205/55s like 10 years ago. It was ok, but the rubbing got annoying and the front poke is a little goofy. I have ix weaves now with 15mm spacers, it fits way better and feels better too.

Because no one wants ET41. Also euroweaves have a little bit more of a dish. They look better. The best fitting solution, and probably the same end cost, is ix weaves, studs, and spacers, like nando posted. The only reason I run BBS RS' is because I traded them for a set of bottlecaps. I think they're an undersized, played out wheel. The design is just a bit boring.

Exactly! Because I'm a big wheel whore, and I have 2 sets of ix weaves already - 1 set with all seasons, 1 set with snow tires. I'd rather swap wheels than tires back and forth. Also, I think the euroweaves would give a nice OEM look, but slightly more aggressive. The factory got it right with these cars, so I don't want to change it up too much.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why do you need 15mm spacers with IX weaves when mounting them on an IX?

they aren't "needed". but it looks better, and the caps clear my stud kit.

about the only item in that paragraph worth its weight of an arguement is that the euros have a little more lip. why does "no one" want et 41 for an ix?

if having a little more lip is worth the cost offset, then by all means, pony up and buy them. meh. for my money, if i wanted a classicish looking weave, i would get the ronals.

Because et41 is really tucked. My ix weaves are my winter wheels. The car looks so much better at et25. Sits like a bull dog instead of a chihuahua.
