This used to look like POS, but now it's ok. :D I like the look a lot. Very satisfied with the facelift brillantrot conversion. :D

Yeah, still basicly "stock" drivetrain. However the gearbox is pretty much the only part that's not been modified in someway. Front diff is the latest evolution #"godknowswhat". So far has held together. Clutch is now a lot better as it is organic. Lot better to drive and easy on the drivetrain.

If the car stays in one piece, I'm gonna dyno within couple weeks and 1/4 event within month. Aiming to at least 900 reliable hp and 9,999s @ 235km/h.
What clutch are you using now? :) Looks awsome!

Thanks ! When are you going to unleash full power in your car ? It was depressing to see your YouTube video with 0,3bar etc. :D Should be 2,3bar :D

I'm using a magical 240mm LuK organic disc (maybe from e36 328/m3 etc) and sachs race -765 pressureplate. Unbelievebully great clutch setup. Stocklike driveability, holds up to ~900nm and super easy on the drivetrain.

Haha yeah its not very exciting :D Its 0,6 bar now...waiting on registration before I can test the limits.

What, that holds all the power?! I'm using M30 flywheel with a Sachs 765 and a 6 pad sintered disc (been using this since 2009 I think) but if a normal organic disc holds the power I might swap for that! No problem with the small springs on the disc?

Looking forward to see more vids of your beast! :D

That seems to be holding at the moment. We've tested this clutch combo in few cars and even in very heavy e23 with m30 engine (+900nm) it has not slipped.

Sintered disc is safe choice, but organic is lot smoother. However.. I do believe that if you are right at the limit of slipping that disc - it will heat up and start slipping heavily. This is not the right choise if car is driven like it's stolen. :D

This disc is from car with twinmass flywheel. So it does not have springs in the disc.

              Sounds promising!

Sintered disc is OK I think but a organic will always feel better so if it hooks up, why not! :)
I'm around 900Nm so it might work then!

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.
