The 325ix Mud Flaps. a question on compatibility

maybe someone can chime in here, but it seems to me that the full set consists of the rarer front set of mud flaps and the rear (standard E30) mudflaps.

looking at the car on the rear end, i don't see any difference unless the flare would hit the flap somehow.

i would really love to get some mudflaps for this ix, but personally the rears are more important to me.

I have a full set on my car. I don't have any experience with the non-iX mudflaps.. but I can tell you that the rear flap makes absolutely no contact with the fender flare. I think you are correct in assuming that the rears are identical to the 2WD cars.

where and how did you go about sourcing the front ones?! i know i will buy the rears new, but the fronts are the bugger.

They came on my car. I had no idea they were a big deal until I posted a pic of my car on the boards and everyone started asking about them.

So the flaps with this part # 72 60 1 906 952 on BavAuto will fit my iX just fine? Just by looking at them, that's what it seems... Anyone wanna chime in?

nope. The fronts are vastly different. Only the rears work.

look at the contours of the fronts.
