I have been considering building a set of adjustable castor/camber plates for the IX. Would other owners be interested in these? Similar to what the other manufacturers offer for rwd E30s, slotted cnc mounts w/ a spherical shock mount. If there is substantial interest I will gather prices for a short production run.
Gauging interest in adjustable camber plates ?

there are a few people looking to do this right now. My main concern is if you build it like traditional E30 camber plates you're going to end up reducing front suspension travel by at least 1/2". You'd need to make a plate where the bearing is above the strut tower instead of below.Comment

Is there anyway I could get in touch with the other individuals looking into this?
Would there a preference to delrin or polyurethane mounting bushings securing the plate the shock tower vs. a solid contact?Comment

I would only be interested in solid mounted bearings.. no bushing crap to deflect (like the horrible stock design). Anyone really serious about running camber plates on an ix is going to want something pretty solid.Comment
