Anyone have any experience with ECS's Valances?

    https://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E30-32.../Body/ES71506/

I'm thinking about scooping up a new valance so I can just be over an done with it. I don't want to go to a body shop and I'm too lazy to bang it out myself, so I'm just gonna replace it. New things are nice, right?

Anyone have experience with these valances off ECS and if they're good enough?

Since it's an OEM part, I'm sure it'd be fine - paint it and slap that sucker on! I'd be more concerned about what they might charge for shipping out your way.

ECS is going to rape the shit out of you on shipping. I put in a quote for fun and they wanted $150.

I'd give blunt a try. at least he gives you a reach around while he's sodomizing you with no lube.

I still don't get why ECS is so popular.. they have a pretty website I guess.

Just ordered it off of Blunt. Part #41331961227 is for the facelift, right?

Way better price on shipping at BT.

I'm not sure if it is. Blunt should be able to confirm. Looks like a euro valance, theirs is similar but they didn't have the oil cooler.

So I got a shipping estimate of $90 thereabouts from BT. That's not bad at all imo.

Better than what ECS was asking. $145 for shipping. Screw that noise. He was quick to confirm that it'll fit, too. Good customer service right off the bat. That's a good sign!

$237 before shipping. I like to support parts vendors and give them my business.

was that aftermarket or OEM BMW? I don't trust aftermarket body panels - not worth it.

I didn't even see it on FCP Euro. Searched the part number, tried different terms (Airdam, valance, front panel, front spoiler) and couldn't find anything.
