The horizontal metal piece between front grill and bumper?

Hi, does anyone know what that horizontal metal piece between the front grill and bumper is called?
Mine is rusting, and I wonder if I can replace it.
    Thanks for your help!

It is part of the valance.

On most E30's, it's part of the valance so if it's shaded on RealOEM when you look up your model...you know why. On early 84-85's and M3's...it's a separate piece called "front panel" (#7). Strangely the larger valance is referred to as "front panel" (#8) as well.

You want number 8. Here's how it really looks(shown upside down)
Also it's for the plastic bumpered cars. Metal bumpers are different, so are the ones for euro metal bumpers.

The new valance fits on late metal bumper cars, the red car in my sig is a '90 metal bumper cabrio with that valance.
