My new toy - '80s compliant including '80s ride height: lowered but not super-low. If I could find an original cassette player I'd gut it for an FM tuner/ipod port.

Pics are from the previous owner, I have to take some of my own soon.

That's the BBS kit? Really sexy car. Color is righteous too. Nice!

I'm trying to keep mine 80's looking but still modern. Haven't gotten very far on the 80's front yet though

I love 80's styled cars if they are done so subtly.

I think a lot of the key to so many hot E30s is the subtly of their mods.

I've always felt that the key to successful modification of any vehicle is subtlety. I love when you can tell something's different but you can't quite put your finger on it. I loved that about my Dakota, it was different enough to still fit in. it helped that it had a killer waxjob too I'd bet.

Good, I didnt want to be the first one, b/c i may just be a whore... my whole view of period correct is OEM exterior, nice wheels made during that time (16" being the biggest I suppose), performance mods.... and the interior is fair game as long as you dont try to re-invent the wheel (make it yours but stick to the BMW recipe).

                        Remember erubini?

Jasonc, when you were selling your car, I seriously considered it. Great car for a great price.
